Boarding Procedures Update- PurrInn Cats Hostelry is Open with precautionary measures which limit one-on-one interaction while providing secure access to our catttery and home.
For all boarding:
E-mail PDFs of your Reservation Form, Boarding forms, and Vaccination Proof (and any of your cat’s special requirements) to begin your reservation process.

Mail the mandatory Deposit (personal deposit checks are acceptable) after receipt of PurrInn's response Email, which will include estimated boarding costs for available accommodations and PurrInn's exact address.

Reservations are not guaranteed unless PurrInn receives a Deposit, and Emailed Vaccination proof PDF and Emailed fully completed Boarding Forms PDF including Reservation form with preferred appointment times and Emergency contact information.

You will receive an Email from PurrInn to confirm receipt of the above, and any of your cat’s special requirements.
Pay Total Boarding costs at drop-off. (Only Cashier's check or Cash will be accepted). Bring only necessary food, carrier, & comfort items.
Once you have arrived, we will meet you at your car to receive your cat/s in its carrier/s, food, and payment (Cashier's Check or Cash).

You will receive an Email from PurrInn to confirm receipt of the above, and any of your cat’s special requirements.
If your cat's visit needs to be extended, we will provide a verbal estimate for care and ask you to plan on providing regular schedule updates by phone and Email.
Once your cat is ready to go home, and all of the above is completed, we will expect you to pay any additional $$ due for an extended visit and receive your cat etc. outside of our home and cattery.
PurrInn will Email a final invoice/receipt to you.
Rest assured, we will continue to provide loving care, including individual social interaction during out-of-condo play time (one cat family at a time) with a cat lover staff person, petting, lap sitting, or string chasing, customized to your cat's individual feline-care needs or desires.
